Ms. GAO Lingfeng (高凌凤), aged 50, is the vice president of the Company, responsible for the supporting system of the Company.

Ms. GAO joined the company since October 2009 when the company was incorporated and served as a vice president of China Shengmu. Before joining the company, Ms. GAO held various management positions in Inner Mongolia Mengniu (內蒙古蒙牛), a company principally engaged in the production of liquid milk, ice cream and other dairy products, including the head of the quality control center and general manager of the ice cream business of the headquarters and western region of Mengniu Group. She has 27 years of experience in the dairy product and dairy farming industry.

Ms. GAO received a master’s degree in business administration from Inner Mongolia University of Technology (内蒙古工业大学) (formerly known as Inner Mongolia Engineering College (内蒙古工学院)) in January 2011.
