aged 43, is a non-executive director of the Company. He was appointed to the Board on 30 March 2020. Mr. ZHAO is currently a vice president and the general manager of milk sources and group supply chain of Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy Group Limited (內蒙古蒙牛乳業(集團)股份有限公司), a subsidiary of China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability whose shares are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 2319). Mr. ZHAO is also currently a non-executive Director and a member of the strategy and development committee of China Modern Dairy Holdings Ltd. (中國現代牧業控股有限 公司), a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability whose shares are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 1117) and the chairman of the board of directors of Inner Mongolia Ai Yangniu Technology Co., Ltd. (內蒙古愛養牛科技有限公司).
Mr. ZHAO joined Mengniu in December 2000 and has held various positions, including general manager of supply chain center of normal temperature products business, assistant vice president and general manager of milk source business of Mengniu. Mr. ZHAO has been the associate director of the International Committee of China Dairy Association and the executive vice president of Inner Mongolia Dairy Association since January 2019.
Mr. ZHAO received his bachelor’s degree majoring in business administration from China University of Geosciences, Wuhan (中國地質大學(武漢)) in 2009 and his master’s degree in software engineering from Beihang University (北京航 空航天大學) in 2013.
